$25 deposit

Cancellation Policy

To secure a date, $25.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of an event, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, reschedule, etc. Client will lose deposit if appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours from session time. Client will receive a 100% refund if reschedule is more than 24 hours from session time. Client lateness to appointment could result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Additionally, if the client fails to show-up to appointment without contacting Tajai Jones via phone, email or text message, the client will pay the full amount of service scheduled for.
