Can I get a refund or exchange on my online orders?

No refund on on lip products unless; the wrong color was sent. No refunds all merchandise after 10 days. 

Our policy lasts 10 days.  If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in the originally packaging with the original tags intact. 

How do I clean my mink lashes?

Use makeup remover and tweezers 

How do I get glitter to stick?

Use glitter primer or glitter glue.

How do I take off the long last lip color?

Remove lipstick with oil or lip balm.  You may use anything that has plenty of moisture. 

How do I return an item(s) I order online?

Customers will be responsible for all cost of returning items for exchange orders. Drama Queen Collection will be responsible for re-sending shipping cost.

If I qualify for a refunds, when will I get it?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When will I receive my items?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-8 business day for delivery (based of distance). All orders received after 2:00 pm central will be processed the next business day.
